His immigration specialties encompass visitor visas, work and student visas, discretionary leave applications, all family and relationship applications, long residence applications, human rights, EUSS applications, nationality applications, points-based system applications, Caribbean citizenship by investment, European Golden Visas, UK sponsorship license applications, administrative reviews, and appeals. Babs is also a Commissioner for Oaths and is a practicing barrister and solicitor in Nigeria.
